Ho Chi Minh City - On the occasion of Youth Month, Ms. Nguyen Pham Duy Trang - Secretary of the Central Youth Union visited and presented gifts to support 40 young workers in difficult circumstances in Ho Chi Minh City.

On March 12, Ms. Nguyen Pham Duy Trang - Secretary of the Central Youth Union and the working delegation visited and presented gifts to young workers working in My Phuoc 1 industrial park.

The delegation visited and met with young workers of Diamond Vietnam Co., Ltd. (specializing in producing leather shoes, My Phuoc 1 industrial park, Ben Cat ward, Ho Chi Minh City), a business currently with more than 6,000 workers.

According to the leader of Diamond Vietnam Co., Ltd., in the total number of workers at the company, more than half are young people, with good health, ensuring job requirements.

Business leaders said that after the 2026 Lunar New Year, the company has worked with partners and has new contracts, ensuring continuous employment for employees.

At the program, leaders of the Central Youth Union talked and shared work and life with workers. At the same time, listening to the thoughts and aspirations of youth union members. Ms. Nguyen Pham Duy Trang expressed her desire for business leaders to continue to support workers in the spirit of harmonious interests to jointly develop sustainably.

On the occasion of Youth Month, the delegation of the Central Youth Union presented gifts (each gift worth 500,000 VND and gifts worth 500,000 VND) to 20 young workers in difficult circumstances working at Diamond Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Also on the same day, the delegation visited and presented 20 gifts to disadvantaged young workers of Kaiser Vietnam Co., Ltd., specializing in producing wood (My Phuoc 1 Industrial Park, Thoi Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City). The company currently has more than 4,000 workers participating in production, most of whom are young people.

At the meeting, a company representative said that currently due to the need to expand production, they are recruiting about 1,000 more workers. The company has allocated personnel to locations to recruit workers. Thanks to good remuneration, recruitment is more favorable in the context of labor shortage.
