Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 13 of Circular 04/2012/TT-BNV, the regime and policies for Village Heads, Heads of Residential Groups and Deputy Village Heads, Deputy Heads of Residential Groups are as follows:
Article 13. Regime and policies for Village Heads, Residential Group Heads and Deputy Village Heads, Deputy Residential Group Heads
1. Village heads and heads of residential groups are part-time workers in villages and residential groups; receive monthly allowances and allowances decided by the Provincial People's Council according to the provisions of law.
2. Village heads, heads of residential groups and Deputy heads of villages and deputy heads of residential groups will be trained, fostered, and trained in necessary knowledge and skills; if they complete their tasks excellently, they will be commended and rewarded; if they do not complete their tasks, violate shortcomings, and are not trusted by the people, depending on the severity of the violation, they will be dismissed, dismissed or prosecuted according to the provisions of law.
According to this regulation, depending on the severity of the violation, the Deputy Head of the Village who does not complete his/her duties will be considered for dismissal.
