At a garment factory in Ninh Binh, Ms. Tran Thi Bich Gam is one of the workers who is always highly appreciated by colleagues and managers for her sense of responsibility. For her, learning and drawing experience in the working process is a decisive factor to improve productivity and income.
Every day, I am willing to receive a large quantity of products to make even though I don't know if I will finish them all or not. If I don't finish them all, I will work overtime to complete them, thereby achieving the desired salary level," Ms. Gam shared.
Not only working diligently, female workers always proactively take on difficult stages when assigned by the team leader. According to her, this is not only the responsibility of workers but also an opportunity to challenge themselves and improve their skills.
In the production process, Ms. Gam pays special attention to performing it accurately from the beginning to minimize error correction or product refining operations.
For example, when sewing, she always carefully calculates the needle and thread line so as not to waste more time cutting excess thread after completion. The mistakes she has made are all recorded by her to learn from experience for later times.
Every time I have a new idea or find a way to do it more effectively, I record it to apply it for a long time. No matter what job I do, I must seriously study and learn from experience. Creativity helps products be better, productivity higher and income also better," she said.
According to Ms. Gam, the most important thing is to always maintain a positive attitude towards work, not afraid of difficulties, not afraid of learning. "try a little each day, after a short time, you will see your skills improve a lot," she advised.

Faced with the situation that many Airbus A321NEO aircraft have to stop operating due to the impact of the manufacturer's engine recall, Mr. Phuoc and his colleagues researched and developed the initiative "Optimizing the repair content for the A321NEO aircraft fleet to reduce the number of aircraft stopped due to engine shortage".
This initiative significantly shortens repair time, saves 669 engine maintenance days, contributes to increasing the number of aircraft put into operation and brings about a profit of about 72 billion VND for businesses.
