Sharing the atmosphere with union members and workers at 51 bridge points across the country, at the bridge point of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry, the Vietnam Trade Union of Industry and Trade responded to the Launching Ceremony of the emulation movement "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" for the period 2026-2031, celebrating the success of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress; and at the same time launching the emulation movement for the period 2026-2030 of the Industry and Trade sector.
This is an activity to concretize the spirit of the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress; Resolution of the 5th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, strongly arousing the spirit of patriotism, self-reliance, self-strengthening, aspiration to contribute and creativity of the team of workers, civil servants, and laborers of the Industry and Trade sector in the new development period of the country.
Speaking at the launching ceremony of the Industry and Trade sector, Mr. Le An Hai - Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union said that in recent years, patriotic emulation movements in the Industry and Trade sector have had many innovations, practical and effective; many good models, creative ways of doing things, many typical collectives and individuals have appeared, making important contributions to the development of the sector and the country. Looking back at the past journey, the Industry and Trade sector has faced many fluctuations from the international market, strong technological changes and challenges of green transformation.
Entering the 2026 - 2030 period, with the spirit of innovation, creativity, integration, and development, Chairman of the Vietnam Trade Union of Industry and Trade Le An Hai called on all officials, union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers in the entire industry to actively respond and effectively implement the following key emulation movements:

Improve the working environment, reduce labor accidents. Emulate to ensure labor safety, protect the environment, and develop sustainably. Apply the model "Green workplace - digitalizing safety management". Strive to reduce 5-10% of labor accidents each year.

Enhance the role of female workers, civil servants, laborers and gender equality work, female leadership skills. Constantly improve professional qualifications and skills.
