    Dong Nai - From the beginning of 2025 to now, the province has about 500 enterprises registered to recruit workers with a recruitment demand of nearly 24,000 people.

    On July 8, according to information from the Department of Home Affairs of Dong Nai province, in recent times, enterprises in Dong Nai province have increased recruitment of workers in many fields, professions and job positions.

    According to the survey, from the beginning of 2025 to now, Dong Nai has had about 500 enterprises registering to recruit workers with a recruitment demand of nearly 24,000 people. However, the new labor force has only met about 20-30% of the demand.

    According to the Department of Home Affairs, the development orientation of Dong Nai province by 2030 is forecast to average the demand for new labor recruitment of 35,000 - 40,000 people/year, focusing on the following industries: processing industry, high technology, supporting industry, transportation, e-commerce, etc.

    In that situation, the Department of Home Affairs will focus on promoting job connectivity through the Dong Nai Employment Service Center to meet resources for businesses.
