According to Dong Tien Joint Stock Company, the completion of the plan for the first 6 months of 2025 is due to the company having applied the best policies for employees and organized good emulation and rewards since the first months of 2025; proactively developing a source of manufactured goods to create stable jobs and increase income for employees with an increase of 19,9% over the same period.
The company continuously launched emulation and reward movements ( Spending outside of salary regimes) for employees: Emulation bonuses for the first 5 months of 2025, with about 10.2 billion VND; Encouragement bonuses for active work in the first days of the year 4.1 billion VND and bonuses for holidays of April 30 and 1.5 about 1.4 billion VND (total of 15.7 billion VND). On the occasion of the company completing the plan for the first 6 months of 2025, on July 1, this company will continue to pay bonuses, directly in cash to employees with the amount of 1 million VND/person present at work, a total of about 3.26 billion VND.
Thus, in the past 6 months, the company has paid bonuses to employees in addition to monthly salary with a total amount of about 19 billion VND (average emulation bonus is about 5.6 million VND/person); thereby increasing income and creating trust for employees who are always attached to the company.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hoang - General Director of Dong Tien Joint Stock Company - said that in the following months, the company is committed to focusing on investing in modern technology processes, machinery and equipment and requesting units to continuously improve, promote initiatives, and quickly transform to increase labor productivity. Focus on taking care of the material and spiritual life of workers through implementing salary regimes and policies (increasing the basic salary level, paying the salary according to the highest revenue level, maintaining the year-end bonus level, continuing to implement incentive policies, encouraging labor recruitment...) and continuing to improve working conditions and environment for workers.
The company also continues to launch and encourage employees to enthusiastically compete in production labor at each period and month and decide on rewards after December 31, 2025 at the rate of 2 million VND/person, when the company completes the production plan for 2025.
Taking care of workers' children
Similarly, Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company (Phu Cuong Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province) has about 2,200 employees. In the first 6 months of 2025, the company has paid bonuses to employees in addition to monthly salary, with a total amount of about 4.8 billion VND (average bonus of about 2.1 million VND/person); thereby increasing income and creating trust for employees who are always attached to the company. Currently, the company is announcing the recruitment of 300 workers.
The Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Thanh Phu Industrial Park) has honored more than 9,000 children of employees who are good at studying and living well in the 2024 - 2025 school year, including 8,000 children of employees who are good at studying in the year and about 1,000 children of employees who are good at all levels.
