On July 18, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation informed that the grassroots trade union of Haivina Hong Linh Co., Ltd. had just organized the program "Propagating the law and listening to union members and workers speak".
Attending the program were Comrade Tang Thi Linh Chi - Vice President of the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation; representatives of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, the Economic Zone Trade Union Committee; the Board of Directors of Haivina Hong Linh Co., Ltd. and members of the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union and a large number of union members and workers.
At the program, union members and workers were propagated and disseminated the basic contents of labor and trade union law; and at the same time directly exchanged and reflected their thoughts, aspirations, and proposed issues related to employment, income, working conditions and trade union activities.
The opinions of union members and workers are recorded, received and answered promptly, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
Month of listening to union members and workers speak" is a practical activity to strengthen dialogue, promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
The program shows the role of the Trade Union organization in building a democratic and cohesive working environment, contributing to promoting sustainable business development.
