Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation has just organized a conference to propagate drug prevention and control work for more than 200 workers and laborers of Chungjye Shoe Production Co., Ltd., Ham Yen Branch. The speaker at the conference was a police officer of Ham Yen commune.
At the conference, workers and laborers were disseminated knowledge about drugs, especially new generation drugs, drugs disguised as food, beverages, and electronic cigarettes that are developing complicatedly.
The reporter also analyzed the tricks of seducing and luring workers to participate in using or illegally transporting drugs through social network groups; and at the same time provided information about the harmful effects of drugs on health and sanctions according to current legal regulations.
Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation expects that the conference will contribute to raising awareness and legal compliance of workers and laborers; effectively implementing Resolution No. 62 of the Standing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee on strengthening the Party's leadership over drug prevention and control in the area in the period 2026 - 2030.
Thereby, contributing to the goal of building Tuyen Quang into a drug-free locality by 2030.
