Taking good care of workers
These days, Ha Tinh Trade Unions at all levels are focusing on coordinating the organization of the "Union Meal" program in 2025 at the Trade Unions of enterprises.
This is a meaningful program implemented from July 20 to September 2 to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union and the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Along with the activity of showing gratitude to union members and workers through the "Union Meal", Ha Tinh Trade Union is focusing on propagating, mobilizing, and promoting the establishment of grassroots trade unions; announcing the establishment of grassroots trade unions.
All of the above activities are coordinated by the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor to provide information, images and were published by Lao Dong Newspaper quickly and promptly.
In particular, activities to care for union members' interests, visit, give gifts, and support the establishment of Trade Union Shelters (MACD) for union members in difficulty at all levels of Ha Tinh Trade Union have always been of interest and published by Lao Dong Newspaper in a timely manner.
On the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28), the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor has allocated 640 million VND from the Trade Union Social Fund to support the renovation and repair of 24 MICD houses for union members in difficult circumstances.
Previously, in the first 6 months of 2025, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor supported the construction and repair of 88 new MACD houses with a total amount of more than 2.5 billion VND.
In the first 6 months of 2025, Ha Tinh trade unions at all levels presented 55,550 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances with a total value of nearly 23.3 billion VND, of which nearly 14.2 billion VND was mobilized from socialized sources.
Timely propaganda on Trade Union activities
Mr. Ngo Dinh Van - Vice Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor - said that in recent times, Ha Tinh Trade Union and Lao Dong Newspaper at all levels have closely and effectively coordinated in communication activities.
Lao Dong Newspaper, especially Lao Dong Electronic Newspaper, quickly, promptly and fully published outstanding activities of Ha Tinh Trade Unions at all levels, contributing to cheering, encouraging and spreading Trade Union activities.
From there, we can clearly see the role, responsibility, concern, care and protection of the legitimate interests of union members and workers of the Ha Tinh Trade Union organization, Mr. Van shared.
Notably, in 2024, on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union and the 95th anniversary of the first issue of Lao Dong Newspaper, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor and Lao Dong Newspaper successfully organized the contest "Signboards and Reports on Workers, Trade Unions and Workers in Ha Tinh".
As a result, 46 quality works were published in Lao Dong Electronic Newspaper. Through the works, the image of workers is clearly expressed about hard work and hard work but love the job, are passionate about work, and are creative to improve efficiency.
In difficulty, hardship, hardship but always optimistic and confident about life when being cared for, encouraged, and actively supported by the trade union organization; Image of union officials enthusiastically and concernfully finding solutions to increasingly represent and better care for workers...
