The grassroots trade union of Hong Linh Concrete Company Limited in coordination with the company's Board of Directors has just organized a "Union Meal" for 69 union members and employees of the company. Attending this meaningful meal were officials from the Ha Tinh Trade Union Work Committee; the Ha Tinh Economic Zone Trade Union Committee and Company leaders, officials from the company's Trade Union Executive Committee.
On this occasion, to express gratitude, acknowledge and thank the contributions of employees, the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union advised the company's leaders to organize a "Union Meal" with a meal value of 200,000 VND/person. This delicious, quality dish has high nutritional value, 10 times more than a daily shift meal (the value of a daily shift meal is 20,000 VND/person/meal).
Participating in the "Union Meal", workers were all happy and excited, clearly feeling the care and concern of the company's leaders and the company's Union Executive Board. This is also an opportunity for union members and workers to gather, chat, strengthen the spirit of solidarity and understanding each other more after hard working hours.
The Trade Union of Appareltech Ha Tinh Garment Export Company Limited has also just coordinated with the Board of Directors of the Company to organize the "Union Meal" Program for more than 1,400 union members and workers at the Company.
Meals are worth 52,000 VND/meal, of which the grassroots Trade Union allocates a support fund of 31,000 VND/meal.
Union Meal creates a joyful and close atmosphere between the Companys leaders, union officials and workers. This is a meaningful activity contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
Previously, the Trade Union of Song La Xanh Packaging Joint Stock Company coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize the "Union Meal" program for 435 union members and workers.
The total value of each meal is 66,000 VND, an increase of 45,000 VND/meal compared to the daily shift meal, this additional amount is supported by the company's Trade Union.
With rich and nutritious dishes that ensure food hygiene and safety and are of better quality than usual, giving workers enough energy to recover their health.
On this occasion, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union admitted 15 new union members to the Trade Union and presented 9 gifts each worth 500,000 VND to union members and workers.
According to the leader of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor, implementing the instructions of the Provincial Federation of Labor on the "Union Meal" program in 2025, the implementation period is from July 20 to September 2.
Up to this point, dozens of businesses have organized Union meals. The good news is that most of these meals are of high value, have a variety of dishes, ensure quality and food hygiene and safety.
Through the "Union Meal", union officials, employers and workers will understand and share to unite, make efforts in labor, production and business to help businesses develop further, thereby continuing to improve their income, life and benefits for workers.
