Increasing interaction with workers
Mr. Dinh Sy Phuc - Chairman of the Trade Union of Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Tran Bien Ward) shared that the company has more than 34,000 employees. To quickly listen to and respond to workers, the grassroots union has opened 24/7 hotline channels from phone, Zalo messages, Facebook... so that workers can report at any time.
The union also built a union Fanpage with staff in the Executive Committee of the grassroots union managing the page. Thanks to that, the union can listen and promptly resolve misunderstandings and concerns of union members and workers.
Recently, through the Fanpage, the Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company launched a donation program for people affected by the impact of storms No. 10 and No. 11 with the spirit of "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves", "mutual love", workers have wholeheartedly, voluntarily contributed and created a great spread, donating a total of 2 billion VND.
"Union fanpages are effective when the mobilization and donation process is transparent and public, receiving the trust and response of workers" - Mr. Phuc shared.
Similarly, the Executive Board of the Trade Union of Great Kingdom Giang Dien Company Limited also studied solutions to innovate the content and methods of trade union activities such as: Management of union members and workers; propaganda and mobilization work... especially applying digital transformation information technology to improve the quality of trade union activities in the coming time to meet the period of industrialization, modernization and international integration trends.
Building an electronic union model, digital union
Pou Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bau Xeo Industrial Park, An Vien Commune) has 3,200 union members, accounting for 100% of the total number of employees. Here, the company's grassroots union executive board has also soon applied information technology in propaganda and interaction with workers to improve the effectiveness of union activities.

Chairman of the Trade Union of Pou Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. Nguyen Minh Tam said that the online multiple-choice contest attracted over 2,000 workers to participate.
On November 8, 2025, the Trade Union of Pou Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. also just applied information technology in organizing the 1st Executive Committee Conference (expanded), term 2025-2030. At the conference, the grassroots trade union also applied the creation of QR Codes for delegates to attend, scan the codes, follow the content of the congress documents...
Dong Nai currently has 2,298 grassroots unions with more than 784,000 union members. The trade unions are organizing the 2025-2030 term Congress and strongly applying information technology and digital transformation. Many trade unions have used online software and applications to manage union member records, collect comments and support the organization of congresses through submitting applications.
A grassroots union president shared that innovation and application of information technology help grassroots unions significantly save on printing costs and human resources for congresses; while minimizing errors in statistics and synthesizing results.
According to the representative of the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor, the application of digital technology in organizing trade union congresses is a vivid demonstration of the spirit of innovation of trade unions at all levels in the integration period.
