On October 21, the Can Tho City Labor Federation (CLF) coordinated with the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam - Can Tho Branch to organize a conference to sign the Regulations on coordination in collecting union funds between the two units.

Thereby, in order to enhance the application of technology, coordinate the collection - management - transfer of Trade Union funds through the Vietcombank system, ensuring convenience, transparency and efficiency; at the same time, expand welfare programs and incentives for Trade Union members.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, President of the Can Tho City Labor Federation - emphasized that the signing is an important milestone for the interests of union members, workers and the socio-economic development of the city.
The signing conference will create a mechanism for close coordination between the Trade Union organization and banks in implementing welfare and financial policies specifically for Trade Union members. At the same time, it contributes to the implementation of the policy "For the benefit of union members", affirming the role of the Trade Union organization in accompanying union members and employees in all aspects of life. This is also a practical cooperation model, contributing to spreading the human values and social responsibility of the bank.

According to the Regulations, the coordination between the two sides will include: collecting and transferring union funds; Exploiting and implementing banking services to union members; Providing finance for the Can Tho City Labor Federation to implement the investment project to build Trade Union Institutions in Industrial Parks and Export Processing Zones (depending on the needs and conditions of each party); Providing preferential products and services for union members (depending on the needs and conditions of each party); Organizing the implementation of other social activities and activities (depending on the needs and conditions of each party).
