For nearly 40 years, "Good at public affairs, good at housework" has not only stopped at a movement but has become a desire, an endogenous need of women in modern society.
According to Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Thai Thu Xuong, in the coming time, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will continue to innovate the content and methods of organizing emulation movements more practically and effectively; focus on training and fostering skills, especially the ability to transform digitally for union members and workers, including female workers; encourage female union members to work, study and apply digital technology and artificial intelligence in work to improve efficiency and labor productivity.
The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will also strengthen consultation and policy proposals, ensure the legitimate and legal rights and interests of female workers; build an equal, safe and humane working environment.
The Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor emphasized that at present, the concept of "taking care of housework" needs to be viewed from a new perspective - not being caught up or caring for everything but the ability to organize life scientifically, balancing work and family.
