On October 19, Nghe An Department of Health coordinated with health units in the province to organize a health examination, consultation program, provide free medicine and give gifts to people in disadvantaged areas of An Chau commune (Dien Chau, Nghe An) - a locality that suffered heavy damage after two storms No. 10 and 11.

Here, the team of doctors directly examined, performed an ultrasound of the thyroid gland, uterus, collar, examined gynecology, examined the cervix and consulted on reproductive health for more than 100 women. Cases of disease detected were promptly guided for treatment; at the same time, the Working Group also distributed free medicine and presented many meaningful gifts to the people.
