On July 26, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) said that the unit had directly worked and mobilized the establishment of a Trade Union at CREVENCE Duc Tho Company Limited located in Duc Tho commune.
Participating in the meeting were comrade Ngo Dinh Van - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor; Department in charge of the Western Cluster Trade Union, leaders of CREVENCE Duc Tho Company Limited.
At the meeting, comrade Ngo Dinh Van - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor congratulated the company for its effective production and business activities in the past time, creating jobs for workers in the area.
Hopefully the company will continue to promote production labor to ensure revenue and increase income for employees. Sharing the difficulties and problems in the company's operations, at the same time, it is also recommended that the Company's Board of Directors coordinate with the Provincial Federation of Labor to prepare conditions for establishing a Trade Union organization at the enterprise and encourage employees to write applications to join the Vietnam Trade Union to protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees.
At the end of the working session, the Company's leaders basically agreed on the contents discussed by the Provincial Federation of Labor's working delegation on the policy of establishing grassroots trade unions; continue to research and link up to coordinate the establishment of trade union organizations in the coming time.
The delegation then went directly to the company's production lines to meet workers to visit and mobilize them to join the trade union organization.
