At the launching ceremony of the Trade Union of Fani Import-Export Trading Company Limited, along with the Decision to establish the Trade Union, the Hanoi City Labor Federation also presented the decision to admit 319 employees of the company into the Trade Union.

The Trade Union of FANI Import-Export Trading Company Limited is the first unit, the first Trade Union that the City Labor Federation directly propagates, mobilizes, and guides the development of union members, and establishes a Trade Union, after the end of the activities of the Trade Union at the grassroots level. This shows the determination and proactive and drastic participation of the City Labor Federation in developing union members, establishing grassroots unions, and building a strong Trade Union organization.
Previously, in mid-July, the City Labor Federation organized a survey on developing union members and establishing grassroots unions at the company.
At the survey, Mr. Le Dinh Hung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Permanent Vice President in charge of the City Labor Federation directly and members of the Working Group of the City Labor Federation provided detailed and specific instructions on the process of establishing grassroots trade unions; at the same time, answered questions from the company regarding procedures for establishing grassroots trade unions, admitting union members...
Through grasping the company's information, Mr. Le Dinh Hung highly appreciated the company's implementation of caring activities and ensuring welfare policies for employees, and at the same time, said that this is a solid premise for the Trade Union at the company to operate effectively right after its establishment.
At the launching ceremony of the Company's Trade Union, once again, the Permanent Vice President in charge of the City Labor Federation directly disseminated the rights and obligations of employees when becoming union members, in which he specifically explained the legitimate rights and interests of employees and the responsibilities of the Trade Union Executive Committee.
Mr. Le Dinh Hung also affirmed that the City Labor Federation will continue to accompany the company and support the grassroots trade unions throughout the operation process so that the grassroots trade unions can effectively perform the functions and tasks of the Trade Union organization.
