The City Labor Federation held a conference to disseminate food safety and environmental protection in 2025 to union members and workers of the grassroots trade union (CDCS) of Morito Da Nang Company Limited and Vietnam Kanzaki Company Limited.
The conference was attended by Mr. Phan Xuan Thanh, Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee; Comrade Le Thi Ngoc Oanh, Member of the Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Committee of Industrial Parks; Comrade Ngo Thi Kim Thuong, Director of the focused Food Testing Center - City Food Safety Management Board; Associate Professor, Dr. Kieu Thi Kinh, Lecturer at the University of Education - University of Da Nang.
Speaking at the opening of the conference, comrade Phan Xuan Thanh emphasized that environmental protection and ensuring food safety are not only the responsibility of competent authorities but also practical actions of each worker in building a green and sustainable lifestyle.
At the conference, union members and workers listened to Associate Professor, Dr. Kieu Thi Kinh, Lecturer at the University of Education - University of Da Nang, present a topic on the environment and green lifestyle, and listen to in-depth sharing from comrade Ngo Thi Kim Thuong, Director of the focused Food Testing Center - City Food Safety Management Board on current food safety standards in production and consumption.
Through the conference, the City Labor Federation hopes that each union member will become an active propagandist, spreading awareness and correct actions to workers, families and the community, contributing to building a safe, clean and sustainable working environment.
