According to a report from the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor, in the third quarter of 2025, the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots unions was strongly implemented by the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor, bringing many outstanding results.
1,931 new union members have joined the Trade Union. Along with that, 10 grassroots trade unions at enterprises inside and outside industrial parks were also established.

To promote activities, the Provincial Federation of Labor has established a Group to mobilize and develop union members. The group is responsible for directly mobilizing workers to join the Trade Union, build grassroots trade unions and grassroots trade unions.
In addition, the Provincial Federation of Labor also issued instructions and worked with 13 communes and wards on the establishment of commune and ward trade unions, and at the same time developed a project to submit to competent authorities for approval.
These efforts demonstrate the proactiveness of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor in consolidating and developing the Trade Union organization, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
The total number of grassroots trade unions and grassroots trade unions managed by the Provincial Federation of Labor is 648, with 171,625 union members/171,895 workers.
