According to the report from the Provincial Federation of Labor's Labor Federation, the patriotic emulation movement among cadres, workers, civil servants, and laborers (CNVCLD) in the period of 2020-2025, with many outstanding results. Emulation movements are implemented closely following the Party's policies and the State's laws.
The movement "Good workers, Creative workers" attracted a large number of employees to participate. In 5 years, there were 68,239 initiatives with experience, bringing in more than 298 billion VND in benefits.
In addition, 1,148 projects and products with a total investment of 653 billion VND were implemented, 63 union members were awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
The movement "Good at public affairs, good at housework" has also achieved many successes, contributing to building the image of female employees in the period of industrialization and modernization. 52,450 female union members were awarded, the Provincial Federation of Labor awarded certificates of merit to 157 collectives and 1,259 individuals.
The "For the Poor - No one is left behind" movement in the period of 2022-2025 has mobilized the construction of 773 Trade Union Shelters, Medical Shelters and charity houses, with a total amount of more than 36 billion VND, supporting union members and workers with housing difficulties.
Trade unions at all levels have also actively participated in emulation movements launched by the Government and the province such as eliminating temporary houses and preventing COVID-19. The reward work has been carried out promptly, contributing to encouraging employees to complete their tasks.
