Speaking at the launching ceremony, Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation Tran Le Duy requested the Executive Committee to quickly stabilize the organization, develop specific working regulations, pay attention to the lives of union members, promote the patriotic emulation movement, and at the same time promote the role of a bridge between workers and local Party committees and authorities.
According to Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Tan Ninh Ward Le Minh The, the establishment of a ward trade union not only contributes to strengthening the grassroots trade union organization system but also creates a solid foundation to better care for workers. This is also a model expected to help improve the effectiveness of coordination between socio-political organizations, towards building a harmonious, stable and progressive working environment in the locality.
