The unit was established under the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, managing 69 grassroots unions with nearly 4,000 union members and workers. Speaking at the launching ceremony, Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation Tran Le Duy requested the Executive Committee to quickly stabilize the organization, develop specific working regulations, pay attention to the lives of union members, promote the patriotic emulation movement, and at the same time promote the role of a bridge between workers and local Party committees and authorities.
According to Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Tan Ninh Ward Le Minh The, the establishment of a ward trade union not only contributes to strengthening the grassroots trade union organization system but also creates a solid foundation to better care for workers.
