On April 1st, the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation said that in 2026, trade union levels are expected to support funding for the construction and repair of 100 "Trade Union Homes" for union members with housing difficulties.
Previously, in the period 2023 - 2025, the "Trade Union Home" program was implemented synchronously and effectively, clearly showing the role of the trade union organization in caring for union members and workers. As a result, the provincial trade union mobilized nearly 16 billion VND to build and repair 330 houses, contributing to helping union members stabilize their lives.
In 2026, the provincial trade union set a target of 100% of trade union officials to study and thoroughly grasp the resolutions of the Party, the Fatherland Front and the Trade Union; and at the same time strive for 85% of union members and workers to be propagated and disseminated guidelines, policies, and laws related to labor and trade unions.
Grassroots trade unions in communes and wards continue to implement the solution "Centralizing resources to care for the welfare of union members and workers", coordinating with the government and employers in stabilizing jobs and ensuring income.
Mr. Nguyen Phu Lap - Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation - said that in 2026, supporting workers in difficult circumstances to settle down and find a career is a key task. Trade union levels will review and make lists of union members in housing difficulties to promptly support.
Trade Union Home" is not just a house but also a symbol of sharing and spirit of colleagues. Thereby, contributing to building harmonious, stable, progressive labor relations and making positive contributions to the development of Dak Lak province.
