Ms. Hoang Thi Xuan (born in 1985) is currently a teacher in the English Department, Faculty of Basic Sciences (University of Transport).
Participating in the workers and laborers parade and parade in the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2 of A80, Ms. Xuan could not contain her pride and honor: "I feel extremely lucky to be born in a time of peace. I am also extremely grateful to the generations of our ancestors who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the country.

Ms. Xuan shared that during the training process, the agency created the best conditions for cadres, teachers, and workers to participate in the training. Every time the teaching schedule is over, Ms. Xuan is taught by her colleagues. During the training process, teachers in the department and department continuously encouraged, motivated, and motivated her to complete her assigned tasks well.
Participating in A80, we were given the best conditions by the school and the grassroots union. Because of the conditions, everyone in the working class tried their best, hoping to parade at the most smooth and beautiful time.
Since participating in the A80 training, my patriotism has gradually grown in me. I told myself that I will always try my best, study continuously to develop my career, contributing to building the country, Ms. Xuan said emotionally.
Also a member of the workers and laborers parade at A80, Mr. Le Quy An (born in 1993) - an officer of the Department of Management Equipment, University of Transport - said: "When I heard the news of participating in the A80 parade, I felt extremely honored and proud. This is not only an important event for the whole nation but also an opportunity for each individual to express their love for their homeland and country.
In particular, when I know that I belong to the group of workers, trade unions, and laborers - which is also the group in which I am a union member, I feel even more moved. The spirit is both excited and proud to represent millions of union members and workers across the country, while also clearly aware of the responsibility to maintain a beautiful image.

According to Mr. An, during the training process, he and his colleagues always received the attention of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Vietnam Education Trade Union, the school and the University of Transport Trade Union.
From the first training sessions at the grassroots level until now, the superior Trade Union as well as the school, the school Trade Union have always accompanied, regularly cared for, visited, encouraged and motivated union members in the bloc to overcome difficulties, maintain discipline and solidarity. We are taken care of every meal, given all conditions for training locations, training times... so that union members can have the best physical condition and highest concentration for this A80 Anniversary, said Mr. An.
Standing among the workers and trade unions, Mr. An felt and realized that each step of the parade not only demonstrated the spirit of solidarity of the collective, but also reminded himself of the responsibility to preserve and promote the good values of the working class in the new era.

I see that I have to work with dedication, creativity, and complete professional tasks well to contribute to the development of the school; stick with union members and colleagues, promote the spirit of solidarity and mutual support, and overcome difficulties together; continue the resilient tradition of the working class, constantly study and innovate to adapt to the requirements of the knowledge and integration era.
It is the experiences of participating in the A80 parade, representing the Vietnamese working class that have given me more motivation, confidence and aspiration to contribute, to be worthy of being a member of today's workers - trade union - labor movement, Mr. An emotionally shared.
During the practice, the most memorable memory for Mr. An was a practice session, when it suddenly rained heavily, but instead of being left unused, the brothers and sisters united and shouted to each other: "Try hard, everyone!".
At that moment, I clearly felt the solidarity and unity of an entire team. Although the rain was wet on clothes and legs, the smile and charisma on everyone's faces were more radiant than ever. That moment became the motivation for each person in the group to enter the days of practice, gathering, preliminary review and then come to the official rehearsal and parade with a strong, confident and proud spirit, Mr. An happily shared.
On August 22, visiting and encouraging the Vietnam Workers' parade, Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - acknowledged the sense of responsibility and serious training of the Vietnam Workers' parade, together with the participating blocks in complying with the plan, practicing to contribute to building the image of a united and unified Vietnam, on the journey of transformation towards prosperity and prosperity.
