Two delayed features include action suggestions in the Message app and the ability to automatically fix compromised passwords with just one operation. Apple updated this information on the iOS 27 introduction page, iPadOS 27 and macOS Golden Gate because the features work on many platforms.
With the password update feature, the Password application will use Apple Intelligence combined with Safari to handle passwords that have been compromised in the background, helping users not have to change manually.
In the Message application, Apple Intelligence can analyze the content of the conversation and give quick operational suggestions. For example, when the person in the conversation requests to send a photo or perform a task, the system can recognize the request and propose corresponding actions through the appropriate application.
It is not yet clear when exactly Apple will deploy these two features. However, iOS 27.1 is expected to be released before October 23, when iPhone Duo will be on shelves with this pre-installed version. Therefore, the two new features are likely to appear right from iOS 27.1.
Meanwhile, according to the plan, iOS 27 and iPadOS 27 will be widely released by Apple on September 14.
