Apple releases the next test version of iOS 27 and iPadOS 27

    Apple has just released beta 4 of iOS 27 and iPadOS 27 for developers, two weeks after releasing beta 3.

    Registered developers can download the update by going to Settings > General > Software Update on iPhone or iPad.

    The biggest highlight of iOS 27 is Siri AI - a completely new Siri version operating under a chatbot model similar to ChatGPT. Siri AI has the ability to combine general knowledge with personal data from applications such as Messages, Mail and information displayed on the screen to answer questions, search and support users according to context.

    Apple also expanded the Apple Intelligence feature suite on many applications such as Photos, Safari, Shortcuts, Wallet and Passwords. In addition, the company added a standalone Siri application to store conversations with AI assistants.

    The Write with Siri feature is integrated throughout the system, allowing users to create content or receive feedback when drafting text. Meanwhile, Visual Intelligence has been moved to the Camera application and works through the new Siri mode.
