At the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Bui The Duy said: "The appointment of leaders for the units to meet two important requirements. One is to organize the organization for the consolidated units, the other is the transfer based on the practical situation and the urgent tasks of the units on the implementation of the quartet of Resolution 57, 66, 68 and 69.
Deputy Minister Bui The Duy also conveyed the request of Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung that all activities of units must aim at the efficiency of the unit and the entire sector.
