The 2025 10th grade entrance exam in Ho Chi Minh City will take place over 2 days, June 6-7, with 76,435 students taking the exam. The total enrollment target of public high schools is 70,070 students. This year's 10th grade exam is the first exam according to the 2018 general education program.
Candidates will take 3 subjects: Math, Literature (120 minutes/subject) and Foreign Language (90 minutes, according to foreign language 1 being studied at school). Candidates who register for a specialized school or integrated class will take an additional exam in a specialized subject or equivalent integrated (150 minutes).
On the exam day (6-7), candidates need to bring their citizen identification card and registration form. In case the candidate has not been granted a citizen identification card, the student card must be presented.
If there are errors in the full name, full name, date, month, year of birth, or priority subject, they must immediately report to the supervisor or the person on duty at the exam review board for timely handling.
Candidates who arrive more than 15 minutes later than the test time signal will not be allowed to take the exam.
