According to the Ministry of Science and Technology (MTST), this is a project to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party, and is also an important milestone in the roadmap for reforming administrative procedures associated with digital transformation of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ha Minh Hiep - Chief of Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology said that the establishment and operation of the Reception and Return of Results Department is a concrete step to implement the Party and State's policy on building a professional, modern, public, transparent administration, with people and businesses as the center of service.

This is not only a place to receive and return results of administrative procedure settlement, but also a unified focal point, contributing to standardizing processes, shortening processing time, and enhancing accountability of units under the Ministry of Science and Technology.
Mr. Hiep informed that the important difference of the Reception and returned results department of the Ministry of Science and Technology is the strong application of digital technology in the entire process of receiving, processing and monitoring documents.
"The Ministry's administrative procedure settlement information system is connected to the National Public Service Portal, the administrative procedure settlement system of units under the Ministry. Electronic kiosks equipped at the reception area will help people and businesses proactively look up, submit documents, and track the progress of handling administrative procedures quickly, conveniently, and transparently," said the Chief of Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Mr. Hiep also said that the Ministry of Science and Technology hopes to create a friendly and modern administrative space, minimizing unnecessary intermediary procedures, contributing to improving people and businesses' satisfaction with the operations of state agencies.
Participating in the experience on the day of the project's launch, Ms. Ha Quyen (Cau Giay) said: "I find the procedures here very clear and convenient. All procedures can be performed and looked up right on the system, without having to travel many times or ask for each department.
I was also instructed by the staff to use electronic operations very enthusiastically and easily understood. The reception space is spacious and the way of doing things is transparent, so people feel more secure and comfortable when handling administrative procedures".
According to the Ministry of Science and Technology, in the coming time, the Ministry will continue to improve digital infrastructure, upgrade information systems, promote connections and data sharing with ministries, branches and localities, towards building a synchronous and smooth digital service ecosystem, focusing on data.
