Apple is equipped with a lot of settings and security features. However, for some iPhone users, these features are not enough. iPhone users are still trying to increase the security of their phones, from setting a message password to apply locks and hiding notifications.
Setting a password to limit the application is also a way for users to block notifications from applications within the time they have installed. This will limit users from finding the messaging app on their phone and accessing it if they don't have a password.
How to set an iPhone message password in Settings
Step 1: Access Settings => Select Time of Use = Select Time of Use Password
Step 2: Enter the password to set the limit and re-confirm
Step 3: Log in to your Apple ID account according to the instructions => Press OK
Step 4: Start setting up security by selecting App limit => Select Add limit = Select the application you want to set a password for = Select Next
Step 5: customize the time limit and click More, your application is now limited and you need a password to open it
On the screen interface, any application that is darkened and has a sand clock icon means it is limited. If you want to use it, you need to request more time by entering a pre-set usage time password.
