Verify the caller's identity

If the caller claims to be a bank employee, police officer, or authority, ask them to provide official contact information so you can call back to check.

Call the hotline number of that organization directly to confirm, absolutely do not call back to the phone number provided by the caller.

Do not transfer money or provide information when you are not sure

Ask relatives or experts before following the caller's request.

Use digital blocking features and anti-fraud applications
