The 2nd National KOL Summit 2026 is an annual national forum with the theme "KOL with a journey to build digital trust", led by the Digital Trust Alliance, under the patronage of the Ministry of Public Security, in coordination with the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention, the National Cyber Security Association, co-organized by VCCorp.
