Elon Musk's private messages could once again influence him in his legal battle with Twitter. Lawyers from both sides continue to face each other at the Delaware Chancery Court in the US, before the trial in October, according to Engadget.

According to Twitter lawyers, the message of the conversation mentioned Morgan Stanley, a US multinational financial services and investment management company, businessman Marc Andreesen as well as the " conversation about the acceptance according to European Union regulations" for the Elon Musk and Twitter deal.
Twitter lawyers said they discovered a screenshot of the conversation after Elon Musk and Jared Birchall refused to use Signal to discuss the deal. Screenshot shows that the notification has been installed for automatic Deletion.
Twitter lawyers also cited "a missing text message" between Elon Musk and company Chairman Oracle, Larry Ellison, who is said to be one of the investors in the Twitter deal. Tesla CEO Ellison and Mr. Ellison texted this morning before Elon Musk Trump that the Twitter deal was temporarily suspended.
