Google may use artificial intelligence (AI) to generate answers to your questions about the app.

The Google Play Store is the place to download and install apps and games on Android. While many people can find apps easily, others need help. They often have questions about how an app works but can't find the answer in the description.

Google may be improving this experience by using AI to answer users' questions about the app.

Google Play Store version 43.3.32-31 contains new strings of code that show Google is working on a new AI-powered feature called “Ask a question.”

AI-generated FAQs have been available in the Play Store since the beginning of the year, so “Ask a question” will be the second AI feature. These are pre-made answers to common questions, but can be tailored to more personal questions.

The upcoming “Ask a question” feature could allow users to ask questions about the app or game they’re viewing.

Following other signs in the app, this AI feature will appear on each app's description page and in search results.

Users may see a button or text “Ask a question”, allowing them to type in a question and receive an AI-generated answer.

This feature is expected to be very useful for both users and application developers. Therefore, many opinions are looking forward to the day it is officially launched.
