From October 25 to November 25, Da Nang attracted 1 newly licensed project outside industrial parks, high-tech parks, and information technology parks with a total capital of VND2,450 billion. Accumulated from the beginning of the year to November 25, this locality has granted investment certificates to 9 domestic projects with a total newly registered capital of VND22,363 billion. Of which, 7 projects are outside industrial parks with a total registered capital of VND21,553 billion. 2 projects are located in industrial parks, high-tech parks, and concentrated technology parks with a registered capital of VND810 billion.
Regarding foreign direct investment (FDI), in November, Da Nang attracted 182.236 million USD of FDI capital. Notably, on the afternoon of November 28, the Management Board of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones held a ceremony to hand over the Decision approving the investment policy for the ICT VINA III Factory project of Dentium Company Limited (100% Korean capital).
ICT VINA III project of Dentium Company Limited with an investment capital of 177 million USD (compared to the same year in 2023, it was 0.236 million USD). This is one of the key projects that the city attracts in the period of 2020-2025 according to the Project "Overall development of Da Nang High-Tech Park to 2030" of the City People's Committee.
According to ICT Vina Company Limited, ICT VINA III Factory is the third project invested in Da Nang Hi-Tech Park (the ICT VINA Factory project with a total registered investment capital of 20 million USD was licensed in 2018, the ICT VINA Factory II project with a total registered investment capital of 60 million USD was licensed in 2020). Up to now, Dentium Company Limited has invested in 3 projects in Da Nang Hi-Tech Park with a total registered investment capital of 257 million USD.
According to the Da Nang City Statistics Office, since the beginning of the year, the city has attracted 213.369 million USD in FDI capital (180.995 million USD in the same period in 2023, up 17.9%). Of which, 64 new projects were granted with registered capital of 204.132 million USD.
