On the afternoon of January 10, 2026, the first General Conference of the Digital Trust Alliance (DTA) took place in Hanoi, with the participation of nearly 200 delegates from state management agencies, businesses, digital platforms, social organizations, along with a large number of artists, influential people (KOL) and content creators who are members of the Alliance.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Hong Quan affirmed that digital trust is the foundation of the digital society. According to him, without trust, it will be impossible to develop the digital economy, digital culture, digital transformation, as well as ensure network security or success in the scientific and technological revolution.
Colonel Nguyen Hong Quan emphasized that trust is only formed when people feel protected, listened to, accompanied and not left behind in the digital transformation process. “The Digital Belief Alliance does not aim for a vague belief, but is a belief that can be verified by specific actions, specific results and specific responsibilities of each member,” he said.
The conference marked the companionship of many prestigious faces with positive influences in social life such as People's Artist Xuan Bac, singer Tung Duong, rapper Den, MC Khanh Vy, Miss Bao Ngoc and many artists, KOLs and representatives of the content creation community in the digital space.
This diverse presence shows the Alliance for Digital Belief's multi-sided connection efforts in spreading positive values and promoting responsible behavior in the online environment.
At the Conference, members voted and agreed to approve the Alliance's action program, and at the same time officially launched the Leadership Council of the Digital Belief Alliance chaired by Lieutenant General Le Xuan Minh - Director of Department A05 of the Ministry of Public Security. The Leadership Council plays a strategic orientation role, coordinates common activities and ensures transparency and integrity in the process of implementing the Alliance's action programs.

Through the working program, delegates reviewed the outstanding results, especially in communication, education and community connection activities to raise awareness, promote responsible behavior and spread positive values in cyberspace.
According to the unified orientation, 2026 is identified as a pivotal period of the digital space, in the context of rapid technological development, especially artificial intelligence (AI) is deeply impacting social behavior, awareness and beliefs.
Along with that are increasing risks such as fake news, online scams and acts of abuse in the digital environment. Faced with this reality, the Digital Belief Alliance identifies the focus as building and spreading responsible behavior standards, and at the same time implementing specific programs, tools and models to support the community in identifying, preventing and effectively responding to risks in cyberspace.
In 2026, the Alliance plans to implement a number of key programs such as the program to verify fake news, build trust with influencers, and the "No One" campaign to prevent and combat online harassment, protect children and teenagers in cyberspace.

These programs aim to enhance users' self-defense capabilities, while promoting the social responsibility of stakeholders participating in the digital ecosystem.

According to the Alliance, digital trust cannot be built by a single individual or organization, but requires the joint efforts of the whole society, towards a safe, humane and sustainable digital ecosystem in Vietnam.
