A new web browser reminds you to rest and breathe

Opera has just launched the Opera Air browser aimed at mental health and focus for users.

Opera - a Norwegian-based browser developer has just introduced Opera Air, a browser designed with a focus on mental health and concentration.

This browser integrates many features to help users relax and work more effectively, including rest reminders, breathing exercises, and music to help reduce stress.

The break can last from 3 to 15 minutes. Users can proactively turn it on when needed or book a reminder. Currently, the exercises are only available in English, but Opera says they are developing more.

Opera Air has a minimalist design. In addition, the browser also has a quick access key key to Messenger, WhatsApp and ChatGPT-powered virtual assistant Aria AI.

Another notable point is the "Take a Break" feature, which acts like a battery bar, with three lines that will gradually fade if users use the browser for too long. When the pre-set time limit is reached, this bar will remind you to rest. Of course, if you don't want to, users can completely turn off this feature.

Opera Air is a new member of Opera's browser product line, alongside traditional Opera and Opera GX for gamers. Like previous versions, Opera Air is also equipped with free ad blocking and VPNs.

The browser is now available for free download on Mac and Windows and is expected to have a mobile version soon.

The birth of Opera Air is a reminder that sometimes, even when online, we still need to take time to slow down and recharge.
