Opera - a Norway-based browser developer has just introduced Opera Air, a browser designed with a focus on mental health and concentration.
The browser integrates many features to help users relax and work more effectively, including rest reminders, breathing exercises, and music to help reduce stress.
Breaks can last anywhere from three to 15 minutes. Users can either initiate them when they need them or set a reminder. Currently, the guided exercises are only available in English, but Opera says it's working on adding more languages.

Opera Air has a minimalist design. In addition, the browser also has quick access shortcuts to Messenger, WhatsApp and the Aria AI virtual assistant powered by ChatGPT.
Another notable feature is the "Take a Break" feature, which acts like a battery bar, with three bars that gradually fade if the user uses the browser for too long. When the preset time limit is reached, the bar will remind you to take a break. Of course, if users do not want to, they can completely turn this feature off.
Opera Air is a new addition to Opera's browser lineup, joining the classic Opera and the gaming-focused Opera GX. Like its predecessors, Opera Air comes with a built-in ad blocker and a free VPN.
The browser is now available for free download on Mac and Windows and hopefully a mobile version will be coming soon.
The launch of Opera Air is a reminder that sometimes, even when we're online, we need to take time to pause and recharge.
