Unlike competing email services, Ocean chose to integrate directly with Gmail and Google Workspace. The application allows converting email to task with full format, folders and notes, while automatically extracting action items from long emails. Users can classify letters by group such as: email from the first sender, multiple sends or from the account; even discover important messages that have been mistakenly filtered into the trash category.

Ocean integrates the email registration manager, tools for composing, answering, storing and deleting emails. The meeting schedule feature allows setting a free time frame, blocking last-minute appointments, and sending automatic meeting invitations. Confirmation meetings will be added directly to personal schedules.

Ocean now has an iPhone version; a Mac version is in development with iCloud synchronization, expected to launch later this year. The application applies a freemium model: users can use basic features for free; the $67/year Ocean Blue fee package provides additional feature updates, Mac version access, AI email summarization and email data analysis. Ocean allows a 14-day free trial but does not automatically renew the fee.
