On May 16, the Department of Science and Technology of Quang Tri province organized a training course on "AI Application - ChatGPT" for nearly 800 delegates from businesses and cooperatives in the area.
At the program, experts shared many practical solutions in applying artificial intelligence, especially the ChatGPT tool, to improve work performance, optimize marketing, sales and customer service activities.
Students are instructed in content creation, building an automatic salesperson, personalizing customer experience and analyzing consumer behavior using AI. In addition, the program also guides the establishment of a "smart business" model to help increase business team productivity.
According to Mr. Tran Ngoc Lan, Director of the Department of Science and Technology, the training course not only contributes to promoting digital transformation in businesses and cooperatives but also creates a premise for spreading the movement "digital education in the field" in the area. Through artificial intelligence applications, Quang Tri enterprises can increase competitiveness and integrate deeply into modern technology trends, Mr. Lan emphasized.
The training course is one of the specific activities to improve digital awareness, supporting the local business community to access new technology platforms, aiming to build a strong digital economic ecosystem.
