On January 29, information from the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement Management said that the Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement No. 106/2025/QH15 was passed by the 15th National Assembly on December 5, 2025 and took effect from July 1, 2026. In order to promptly and effectively implement the Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement and the Prime Minister's Plan, the Ministry of Justice, the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement Management has issued a Plan to implement the Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement.
Notably, regarding digital transformation in THADS activities, the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement Management proposed the following content: Completing and operating the digital platform in the field of THADS, THADS database to serve support for THADS work; receiving and processing feedback and recommendations on THADS activities.
Implement information security and safety in the digital environment. Promote online public service provision, deploy artificial intelligence (AI) integration to support nghiệp vụ activities; connect and share data with national databases and related specialized databases.
