Celery salad
Ingredients: Fresh celery leaves, minced garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, sesame oil.
Directions: Wash the fresh celery leaves and drain. Boil a pot of water, add the celery leaves and pass, after the leaves are cooked, rinse with cold water and drain.
Add minced garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar and sesame oil to a small bowl, mix well to make the sauce. Pour the sauce over the celery leaves, stir well with chopsticks and you can enjoy.
fried eggs with celery leaves
Ingredients: Fresh celery leaves, eggs, salt, cooking oil.
Directions: Wash the fresh celery leaves, drain and cut into small pieces. Crush the eggs into a small bowl, add a little salt and stir well with a stick.
