Một trong những loại củ đang vào mùa, được khoa học ghi nhận có thể hỗ trợ đào thải axit uric là củ cải trắng.

Củ cải trắng là loại củ mùa đông xuân, có hàm lượng nước cao (trên 90%), ít năng lượng, rất thấp purin và giàu vitamin C, kali, chất xơ hòa tan cùng các hợp chất glucosinolate.
