High cortisol levels can cause purine metabolism disorders and increase uric acid production. Conversely, getting enough sleep helps balance hormones, stabilize metabolism and limit the formation of excess uric acid.

Sleep is also closely related to a healthy lifestyle. People who sleep enough often tend to eat moderately, control their weight better, and maintain reasonable exercise habits. These factors all contribute to reducing the burden on the kidneys and effectively supporting uric acid excretion. Conversely, sleep deprivation easily leads to irregular eating, consuming more purines, thereby increasing uric acid levels in the blood.

Getting enough sleep not only helps the body rest but also plays an essential role in excreting uric acid and preventing related diseases.

Maintaining a quality sleep of 7-8 hours per night, combined with a scientific diet and lifestyle, is a simple but effective solution to protect long-term health.
