Creamy chicken soup and brown rice
Preparation: 250 grams of brown rice, 2 pieces of boneless chicken breast, cooked and diced, 1 liter of chicken broth, 500 ml of filtered water, heavy cream, all-purpose flour, butter, salt, ground black pepper.
Perform:
Boil broth, water and chicken in a pan over medium heat. Add rice and cook until cooked, then turn off the stove.
Mix salt, pepper and flour in a separate bowl.
Melt the butter in another pan and slowly add the flour to form a thick mixture.
Slowly pour in fresh cream. Simmer for 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
Add sauce to cooked chicken and rice mixture.
Cook for 10 - 15 minutes over medium heat and serve.
Chicken and brown rice
Preparation: 500 grams brown rice, 3 pieces of boneless chicken breast, cooked and diced, 250ml dry white wine, 250ml filtered water, 250ml sour cream, mushrooms (sliced), celery (chopped), soup mushroom cream, onion (sliced), salt, curry powder.
Perform:
Combine chicken breasts, wine, salt, curry powder, onion and celery in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
Cook over low heat for 1 hour.
Turn off the stove, drain the broth (retain a little), then let cool.
Cook brown rice in broth instead of water.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease the baking dish with oil.
Mix together chicken, rice, mushrooms, sour cream and soup.
Pour into baking dish and bake at 350°F.
