Apply sunscreen properly
Choose a good sunscreen, with an anti- sun factor (SPF) of 30 or higher, if you are exposed to the sun for a long time, choose SPF 50.
So apply enough amount of oil, for the whole body you need about a large tablespoon of ice cream, for the face it is less. Reapply every 2 hours, or immediately after swimming, sweat a lot, and wip the towel.
Limit sun exposure during hot weather
From 10am to 4pm, the sunlight is very strong, easily causing dark skin and heat. If you have to go outside, go under shade, porch, or cover.
Wearing protective clothing
You should wear long-sleeved shirts, long pants, thick fabric or sunscreen. Wear a wide-brim hat and sunglasses to protect your face, eyes and ears.
Supplementing good nutrients for the skin
Eat lots of red, orange, and dark green vegetables and fruits such as tomatoes, carrots, spinach, watermelon, etc. because they contain substances that help the skin fight natural suns. Drink enough water to prevent dry skin and dehydration when going out
Avoid mistakes when fighting the sun
Do not take a bath in the sun to create a dark skin color (dyslipidemia) because this does not help protect the skin but is more likely to harm the skin. Do not use sunbeds or artificial sunlights because they are still harmful to the skin.
Skin care after sunburn
Use moisturizer, skin soothing products such as aloe vera gel to reduce heat, burning, and dryness. If your skin is red and burning, you should rest coolly, drink plenty of water and consult your doctor.
