Dinner time also plays an important role. Dinner should be at least 2-3 hours before bedtime so that the body has enough time to digest.

If you eat too close to bedtime, blood sugar levels increase rapidly and then drop suddenly, which can cause you to wake up in the middle of the night. Conversely, if you skip meals or eat too little rice, the body can fall into a state of hunger, causing difficulty sleeping or not sleeping deeply.

Finally, accompanying living habits also need to be noted. After eating, you should do light exercises such as walking instead of lying down immediately. This helps digestion better and creates a feeling of relaxation before bed.

Thus, eating white rice seems simple, but if done correctly, it will significantly contribute to improving sleep quality and overall health.
