However, according to nutritionists, drinking beetroot juice on an empty stomach should be carefully considered, especially for people with intestinal problems.

Rashi Chahal, a nutritionist at Fortis La Femme (India), said that beetroot juice is rich in vitamins B9, C, folate, and minerals such as iron, magnesium, zinc.

The high nitrate content in this juice when converted into nitric acid will help blood circulate better, bringing oxygen to the organs.

Drinking a glass of beetroot juice 30 minutes before breakfast or before exercising, combined with a few drops of lemon, can help the body absorb iron, vitamins and antioxidants more effectively, said Ms. Rashi Chahal.

Amaranth juice has many positive effects on health:

However, women with digestive problems, kidney stones or are being treated for cardiovascular disease should consult a doctor before including them in their diet.
