The desolate scene inside the world's largest khungone park

    Once the world's largest Dinosaur theme park, it is now a scene of desolation and ruins.

    This 65ha khungone park, located in Beaver town (Arkansas state, USA), used to be the world's largest themed historical amusement park, with khungone models.
    The park used to have hundreds of giant prehistoric animal models, attracting many visitors.
    The park opened in the 1960s
    After a fire destroyed a main building, suspected to be a sabotage, the park was closed in 2005.
    Photos of the desolate, dilapidated scene of this once "grand" playground were taken by explorer Dax Ward.
    According to Ward, he has taken photos of about 40 abandoned locations in Thailand, South Africa, the US... but there are no beautiful scenes like here. At the time he arrived, native species had "taken over" the area of the Dinosaurs.
