On July 6, speaking with Lao Dong reporter, Ms. C.N.L (Hanoi) - a parent posted a post sharing her child's bad experience at Lang Ha Hauc summer camp - shared that she did not speak further about the incident even though MC Minh Trang posted an apology.
Ms. L. said: "I appreciate all sincere apologies, but I believe that an apology is only meaningful when it comes with a clear, complete sense of responsibility, without avoiding or pushing the fault to children or circumstances.
In this story, I speak not to blame a baby, but to raise a bigger question about the responsibility of adults in an environment for young children. When organizers do not dare to admit loopholes in management - and instead turn public opinion around about "emotions", about "community", about "individual incidents" - for me, it is not a full apology".
Ms. L. shared that on the evening of July 4, two days after the post about the Ha Ha Ha Hung Village summer camp caused a stir on social networks, MC Minh Trang - founder of the Ha Ha Ha Hung Village - contacted Ms. L.
According to this parent, MC Minh Trang asked about the health of her child, a friend with an intestinal infection, a friend with dermatitis and psychological abuse after going to a summer camp.
"MC Minh Trang sent my child 3 boxes of gifts but I did not accept them. The MC emphasized to me that the back and forth between the two sides (parents and organizations) were due to emotional outbursts, not wanting to hurt each other. She apologized as the head of the program, on behalf of the organizer," said Ms. L.

In MC Minh Trang's apology post on the evening of July 5, she apologized directly to the family and asked the parents to express their apologies to their children for the incomplete experiences in the summer trip.
"As a founder and also a mother, I would like to express my sincere and deep apologies to the incomplete experiences that children, parents and families have had in the Village. With this lesson, Lang always scores a note to remind himself that he has to try harder and make tireless efforts every day to achieve the good goals that the Village has set out since the very beginning.
On behalf of Ha Hoc Village, I would like to express my sincere thanks to the attention of parents, kindergartens, partners, customers and the community to the educational model through the natural experience of Ha Hoc Village in the past time. For the unfinished things, Lang will actively fix them as soon as possible and update them promptly so as not to disappoint the trust of parents", MC Minh Trang announced through his personal page.
However, the article mentioned the personal disagreements between D. (Ms. L.'s child) and another male friend, and did not explain other issues such as unsanitary toilets, unsecured blankets, etc.
Ms. L. registered her 10-year-old son and 12-year-old daughter to join a summer camp in Hao Hung Village with a total cost of 18.7 million VND from June 26 to July 1.
Ms. L. added that what her children experienced in Hanh Hung Village was not as advertised by this unit. The number of nurseries in a stilt house is too large; the dirty toilets make children not dare to use them for many days. D. was bullied by a friend in the same camp, beaten in the chest, kicked in the stomach, cursed and threatened mentally.
The unsanitary living environment caused the child to have serious itching and rash all over his body.
After that, Ms. L. immediately took her child to a medical facility for examination and treatment.
In the comments section of Ms. L's post, many parents who sent their children to summer camp in Ha Hoc Village also reported the dirty situation of the toilets that prevented them from daring to go superficially and endure all week.
Ms. D.D recounted that her child was bullied by her older siblings and had red skin. Ms. T.H left a review on the Lao Ha Thuc fanpage about the silver meal, the restroom is too dirty and cramped.
