According to the latest update from Forbes, the total assets of the 5 richest billionaires in Vietnam amount to 47 billion USD.

Forbes' update at 3:30 PM on July 20 (Vietnam time) shows that 5 Vietnamese billionaires in the ranking of the richest people on the planet are owning total assets of up to 47 billion USD.

Leading the list is Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong - Chairman of Vingroup Corporation, with net assets estimated at 34.1 billion USD. With this asset, Mr. Vuong is currently ranked 64th in the list of the richest people in the world.

Following Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong is Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Vietjet Air. Ms. Thao currently owns assets worth 4.1 billion USD and ranks 1st on the global billionaire ranking.

Ms. Pham Thu Huong - Vice President of Vingroup Group with assets worth 3.8 billion USD. Currently, she ranks No. 112 in the world.

Next, Ms. Pham Thuy Hang - Vice President of Vingroup Group owns assets worth 2.7 billion USD. Ms. Hang is currently ranked 1, 535th in the world.

At the bottom of the list is Mr. Tran Dinh Long - Chairman of Hoa Phat Group, holding assets of about 2.3 billion USD, ranked 1st in the world billionaire list.
