Recently, HanoiBA's delegation had a business trip to expand and promote trade in Laos. In Laos, HanoiBA organized the "Vietnam - Laos Enterprise Trade and Investment Promotion Seminar". This is the first time the association has organized a trade promotion-investment program abroad, attracting 50 delegates from HanoiBA and 30 delegates from the Vietnam Business Association in Laos (AVILA). The event also had the presence of Mr. Tran Thanh Hai, Vietnam Economic Counselor in Laos; Mr. Duong Dinh Bang, Chairman of AVILA; and Mr. Bui Quang Ha, Chairman of HanoiBA term III.
Speakers and delegates exchanged valuable information about the current status and business investment opportunities in Laos, opening up many opportunities for young businesses in the Capital. At the end of the discussion, in the presence of the Vietnamese Economic Counselor in Laos and the leaders of the two associations, a memorandum of cooperation was signed, marking a close relationship and mutual support in the future. .
HanoiBA delegation also had a working session with Unitel Group (Viettel in Laos) and Cavico Lao Mining mine. The trip brought many practical values for members when directly visiting and working with Vietnamese businesses in Laos. In the first 6 months of the year, the HanoiBA Executive Committee Meeting recorded many significant achievements. With a total revenue of 861 billion VND from intra-regional trade promotion activities, the association has developed and admitted 75 new members, establishing more than 35 weekly member appraisal delegations.
