Mr. Đinh Quốc Huy - Chairman of the grassroots trade union of BEJO Vietnam Production Co., Ltd. - shared that the company currently has 182 employees, all of whom have joined the Trade Union. All union members and employees in the company always strive to work, produce, and contribute to the overall growth and development of the business.
According to Mr. Huy, the Trade Union and the company's leadership always consider employees as valuable assets, directly creating economic value and bringing development to the business. Therefore, conversely, the business must take good care of the employees.
In daily activities, the Trade Union always accompanies and coordinates smoothly with the company's leadership to promote democratic rights. This includes creating an environment and conditions for employees to showcase their abilities, contribute, and be duly recognized. This is also a prerequisite for improving labor productivity and ensuring the quality of crop varieties...
"When we achieve high labor productivity and quality, we can easily negotiate and bargain for the company to take care of long-term benefits for the employees," Mr. Huy affirmed.
Ms. Păng Tinh K’Xuyên - a worker at BEJO Vietnam Production Co., Ltd. - happily shared that the company supports tuition fees for employees' children from grade 1 to grade 12. Those with children in kindergarten receive support of 6 million VND per year.
"All employees are provided with 24/24 accident insurance; meal allowances of 35,000 VND; support for gasoline, phone expenses, and organized tours... The workers here are very satisfied with the Trade Union and the company and wish to stay here long-term," Ms. Păng Tinh K'Xuyên added.
Chairman of the Lâm Hà District Labor Federation - Mr. K’Dung - stated that BEJO Vietnam Production Co., Ltd. is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise. The company specializes in producing crop varieties.
In 2023 and 2024, the company was commended by the General Confederation of Labor in coordination with functional units as an exemplary "Enterprise for Employees."
